David Zac Niringiye

Bishop David Zac Niringiye, Ph.D., is the retired Assistant Bishop of the Diocese of Kampala, Church of Uganda. In addition to his work in pastoral ministry, Dr. Niringiye is a theologian, mission leader, HIV/AIDS activist, and an organizational development consultant, and he is currently a Fellow in the Faculty of Social Sciences at Uganda Christian University.
